Some Words…

In each wedding my vision of your day is to create something uniquely personal to you. Sometimes I let events play out and happen on their own and sometimes I step in to offer suggestions and directions. I capture not only the obvious moments of the day that are important, but also the countless in-between moments of life – I want you to be surprised by the moments you didn’t get a chance to see. With each image, I want you to be taken back to these moments 20 years from now and beyond.

I am searching for something deeper, richer and more meaningful than what is on the surface. A story with meaning can only be reached once you let go of expectations – to enjoy the moments as you live it. Couples that aren’t afraid of connecting with all of their emotions with each other and to others, will allow their true beauty to show. Let us connect to search deeper and be vulnerable together.

I will be with you every step of the way, in the first of many moments of your marriage. I will be here when you share your first kiss as husband and wife. I will be here to see every tear. I will be here for every embrace. I will be here for your first meal together. I will be here for your first dance. For all of these moments I will be your friend first, a professional second and at times a piece of the background that you will not notice.

I firmly believe that there is a story in every photo. I’m not interested in documenting every single tiny detail or piece of decoration of an event.. My focus is to capture the important moments that tell a much larger story to make you remember how you felt on the day – I want to define and express love in new ways.

In order for me to achieve my vision, you need to trust in me and to allow me the freedom to create artistic and meaningful imagery. If you have a strict schedule or preconceived images and expectations in mind, I cannot promise that the images will be as compelling nor as fulfilling as you may hope for. Our time together is a chance to get away from the chaos, to enjoy the company of one another and to collaborate on something meaningful.
